1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CodeCraft's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Description

CodeCraft provides software development services including but not limited to:

• Web application development
• Mobile application development
• Backend API development
• Technical consultation
• Code review and optimization
• System architecture design

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for project completion
• Respond to requests for feedback and approvals in a timely manner
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Provide necessary access to systems and resources as required

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are established on a per-project basis and outlined in individual project agreements. Standard terms include:

• Payment schedules are determined based on project milestones
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• All payments are due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed
• Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Custom code developed specifically for your project becomes your property upon full payment
• Pre-existing intellectual property remains the property of CodeCraft
• Open-source components remain subject to their respective licenses
• You grant CodeCraft the right to use project work for portfolio and marketing purposes

6. Confidentiality

CodeCraft agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the course of our business relationship. This includes but is not limited to:

• Business strategies and plans
• Technical specifications and requirements
• User data and analytics
• Financial information

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

CodeCraft warrants that services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. However:

• No warranty is made regarding the performance of third-party services or software
• We cannot guarantee that software will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Client is responsible for maintaining backups of all data
• We are not liable for data loss or system downtime

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CodeCraft be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

• Client remains obligated to pay for services rendered up to the termination date
• CodeCraft will deliver all completed work and transfer relevant files
• Confidentiality obligations continue beyond termination

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in Singapore courts.

11. Changes to Terms

CodeCraft reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
